Millions of chubby, plump and overweight humans want to lose weight, but they can’t. I have always been impressed with how hard it is for most people. They need more powerful motivation. I read decades ago that most people can’t save money…until they want to buy a house and need a down payment. With that kind of goal, they are able to save.
